Our classes start with mental and physical conditioning, the foundation of martial arts training. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you have the support and motivation you need to succeed.

For adults, our program includes fitness training and focus skills. We understand that you have a busy schedule, so we offer classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 pm to 9 pm and Saturdays from 12 noon to 1 pm. If you prefer, we also offer private lessons for families who want to train together.

With our personalized attention, you can build your strength, endurance, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Our program is a great way to stay in shape, lose weight, and develop the skills to defend yourself.

Our kids’ program is designed to teach self-defense and the world of Taekwondo fighting style while building good character, high self-esteem, and a sense of responsibility. Kids learn to exercise, defend themselves, and develop mental and physical strength while having fun.

Our classes include self-defense drills, fitness training, fighting drills, focus drills, and self-control exercises. Kids also have the opportunity to learn world Taekwondo forms and sparring techniques, which help them develop coordination, agility, and speed.

We offer sparring gear for purchase on our website or in person at our school, so you can get everything you need for your martial arts training in one convenient location.
